Website with coilover tutorial?

ok i was going to install some coilovers i bought a while ago with a friend and he cancelled on me, then was going to do it yesterday with him and he cancelled on me. so... since this is the suspension forum i was hoping that you guys could link me to a nice coilover tutorial with pictures that would make this process painless for me to do it myself. they are the sleeve-over coilover type (dropzone to be exact), i already have KYB struts on the car.

KYB AGX does not recommend using them with cheesy sleeve type coil-overs. They will only perform down to a 2" drop & you will void all and any warranties. To do it yourself you will need a spring compressor also.

I say stay away from the coil over sleeves too. Jackasssi knows my woes with that crap. My H&R's ride so sweet!

AGX are not made for adjustable sleeve coilovers
When you lower the car more than 2" they become pretty much useless.

useless when more than 2" lowering? what does that mean... like hella bouncy ride or what?

He means that there will be little to no travel for the piston there by limiting the performance to about nill. The Integra and the civic are very similar on the install portion. If you cant figure it out from the link I gave you then maybe you have a local shop do it and save the head ache. You will regret trying it, screwing it up , then having to pay someone to fix it. The Haynes manual I have was very easy to understand if you need that. Once you start taking it apart it is self explanitary.

This is why a 2" or more drop does not work on shocks
You really don't need much more of an explanation looking at the picture.
You overwork the shock and reducing travel in this case creates a harsh and dangerous ride.
In the case of the KYB AGX.

Agreed, sleeves are bad, and Dropzones are known for a terrible ride feel. Thank goodness for true full coilovers and my Teins, I love 'em!
