Brake noise

Ive been having a problem with the rear brake shoes (drum brakes) rubbing and creating alot of noise. Has anyone else had this problem? Ive adjusted the thing that pushes the brake shoes out which cut the noise in half, but i think the springs are pushing the shoes to one side of the drum and making them rub. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks
