Ok If u plAYED any part of that Thread I appreciate everything its 07/12/03 and as of 07/09/03 the Engine was finally Complete and installed and I cant belive the power that this stock engine puts out its crazy as hell......There was so much stuff i needed for that engine it was ridiculous but I got everything ............every lil detailed part......the harness was a pain in the ass to mess with and everything so the shop i took it in to found everything and what to do and its now complete........stock i took it to track and ran 1/4 mile yesterday and first run was 15.3 which in my eyes for a stock b16 with Ecu not chipped so Vtec @ 5100 redline 7200 rpm is good oh and in 101 degree weather........... so as of right now 15.3 is my best time i will keep everyone posted as i get more stuff then will get pic's and put them on here.........SO FOR EVERYONE THAT HELPED THANKS AND AS SAID IN OTHER THREAD IF YOUR GETTING A SWAP MAKE SURE ITS VTEC CAUSE ITS THE SHIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIT

Did you get the hydro or cable b16a (160hp or 170 hp)? Because one swap has more details to it than the other.

You should be able to use your stock harness with a little modifcation of the Vtec. Here's how that's wired up: http://www.allmotorhonda.com/techpa...eies-wiring.htm
Other than that it should just go right in with no problems.

There is a little more to the wiring than that (as far as the actual work goes),but anyway the brown wire coming off the motor is the ground wire,it goes to the chassis.

It's obviously up to you what motor you get, but why not get the JDM motor (170hp) intsead of the USDM motor (160 hp)? A lot of places online have both motors for the same price. But that's just my thought.

why do you think you need a cable tranny?Your car is a hydraulic clutch.Your motor is the 168hp.The JDM and EDM 92-95 run 10:4.1 compression pistons.Put it in your car already.
