exhaust rattling! HELP!!!!

i just installed buddy club spec 3 ctr exhaust on my civic. it makes a horrible sharp rattling noise at 3500 rpm. my friend suggested it might be the metal springs used to connect the pieces rattling against the pipe (because the pipe shakes badly). he said i should get exhaust insulator over the connecting areas...i will probably take it to meineke tomorrow but im really worried about if it's been damaging the exhaust/car driving with this fault...

can anyone offer any help or advice?

As long as the rattle is from the exhaust and there is still flow there will be no problem. Take to the shop and have them get rid of the rattle.

i had the same problem the bracket that holds the muffler towards the end gets welded on when it gets loose it tends to rattle, i brought it to my friends shop n it costed barely nothing :icon16:

well like i said, im going to take it to the shop tomorrow, AFTER I GET MY PAINTED BODY PARTS BACK! :smile:
