what would you do in this situation which actually happened to me. Read the story take the poll, and post yur opinion.
i was down in are schools shop with two of my friends. right outside the shop room are stairs that lead up to a bathroom that is rarely used. i went up stairs into the bathroom. in their is this kid that is a major bully. hes at one of the urinals and i went to the other. when he gets down takin a leak he kicks me right in the ass. this kid is on the wrestling team and hes really strong and about 6' tall whereas i'm only about 5'3" and strong but probably not as strong as him so i just ignore him. he does it again and i tried to joke around and said something like you almost knocked me. i though it worked cause he went and washed his hands off but he came back to kick me again and i jumped back toward the wall. while i was zippin up my pants he started kickin me over and over in the knees. he started toward the door and i foolishly followed. right before the door he turned around and again kicked me several times. i waited a minute or so after he left to go out and he was right outside to kick me somemore. he attacked me twice more that day which pisses me off cause i never did a thing to him and had never had trouble with him before.

Tell the instructor. Show the principle your bruises (assuming you got some) and get that little bastard expelled. If he's 18 or more (senior?) get the police involved. If you don't do something, he's going to keep at it. Save physical retaliation for only when you have no other resort considering your size diffential.
You need authorities to get involved before this escalates.

thats what i did. the principal doesn't do shit to stop bullying so i went over his head and told the guy above him (can't remember what that is called) and threatened to call cops if the attacks didn't stop. then i called vice-principal just to piss off the principal.
result: bullying stopped and the stupid principal was fired two months later. :bigthumb:

Some one messed with me once, almost the same stiuation, in the b-room ad everything, he didnt like the shirt i was wearing cause it was a plad one, so he slaps me upside the head and says "your shirt is gay, and it pisses me off" this kid is really dumb. So i kicked the shit out of him,(Its was bad, lol) got a 2 day suspension, and he hasnt talked to me since, and no one has messed with me since either, 1 year ago it was. The 2nd fight i have been in at school, no one messes with me, :biggrin: But i dont suggest fightng, i was having a bad so i exploded on him. Otherwise i dont like fighting.

lol i've been in one fight. this dumass slapped me across the head. i told him not to do it again but the idiot did it again so i slapped him. he attempted a third slap but my shoe hit his stomach and he flew into the side of the bus. he kept tryin to get up but i kept kicking him back down. He didn't talk to me for months and everytime he tries to act tough people mention it. :biggrin:
but i don't recomend fights either and i couldn't have fought the kid in the bathroom.

It doesnt matter how big he is, you can still beat him. Learn pressure points, and some basic moves. Ive seen a 40kg 4'10'' women take a 80kg ex cop with this.
You need to beat a few people who give you crap sometimes. It was the only way to make that shit stop. Worked for me.

From personal experiences with all the fighting and all, I'd have to say it isn't worth it to fight in school...it's a 10-day suspension here. The only time I've ever actually faught are when I've been pushed to it by the guy wanting to fight. I've also fought over being spit on/at and over guys beating on girls. The only fight that was worth it was when the guy was hitting the girl...the current principal at the time (now resigned) has just shrugged off her complaints and I eventually faught him in a stairwell...Only fight if you absolutely have to.

I'd say work out take martial arts classes and look big. He won't bother then and you won't have to use the martial arts either.
Getting him expelled is the other way but you might get alot of retaliation from other Wrestling team members and that sort of thing.

Now that is good new! The guy above the principle is the superintendent (at least it is here). It sound like the kids folk were probably involved at some point too. They can be the fastest way to stop a kid from being a bully.

In this era of school shootings and assholes looking to sue for any and everything, you need to let the cops do their job. Assault is assault regardless of whether or not the bully is 18. No one has the right to fuck with you like that. Maybe the administrators will get off their ass if the cops start sniffing around and find out this dude has bullied others and they did nothing.
You may feel like a dick for calling the cops but it's better than letting this guy continue to humiliate you. Even worse, imagine you kick his ass and your parents getting sued by his parents? It sounds nuts but that shit happens.
I was a brawler when I was in high school, but times have changed. School is a whole lot more dangerous than it was back then (18 years ago :bloated:)
