Just jacked up the sedan so that I can remove the rims, and I can't figure out how to lock the front wheels so they don't spin... Figured the parking gear would do the trick, but it didn't. Also tried puting it in the drive gear, but that doesn't work either...

Need to get this done, any ideas?

loosen the lug nuts a little bit before you jack it up so the ground keeps them from spinning

Well, I wouldn't want to let the car down before I tighten them, and I don't have anybody to help me right now. Dammit.

Guess I'll rig something to hold the brake pedal...

A baseball bat wedged between the seat and brake pedal worked for me.

get them as tight as you can by holding the tire with one hand and then tightening. Then lower it to the ground and tighten the rest of the way.

I got a piece of MDF wedged in there pretty good. Worked well...

Nasty blue center-caps are gone now. :)

Thanks for the help
