clay is not what you are looking for, you need a two part epoxy body filler or bondo

Go head and use gray art clay and tell us how it works out. Remeber to fire it in the kiln @ 1600 degrees for about 8 hours.

Punctuation:
A period goes at the end of a sentence. A comma is used to divide two parts of a sentence. Most people don’t have problems with these two. Errors are more often found with question marks. A question mark is ALWAYS used after a sentence that poses a question. Exclamation marks also pose a problem. An exclamation mark is used to emphasize a shocking sentence. Overuse diminishes the purpose. Generally, you should not use more than one exclamation point per paragraph.
Right: I went to the store. Guess who I saw? My mother!
Wrong: I went to the store! Guess who I saw! My mother!

sorry, the plastic will melt if he ptus it in the kiln with the wide body kit attached to the car.
now if he does it with out it attached to the car it will be to fragile and prolly wont attach right.
