new bulbs for my integra

i need some good advice on wat kinda bulbs to buy for my headlight. i wanna get both high and low beam. Wat name is good on ebay? the tint blue lights are they illegal one of my friend said it ws illgal but so many cars of them? the BEAmers:confused: :confused:
