need little help on AC compressor installation

I want to install AC compressor on my Honda Accord EX 1990 myself. I need some help in discharging the freon. The Honda mannual does not discuss about how to discharge freon. Can anybody tell me how to do it. Is there any health hazard because of high pressure of the freon, Should I wear protective glasses etc. Also do I also need to install a new drier or can do with the old one.

You need to have the car taken to an authorized A/C dealer, cause you cant just release the freon into the air, it is very illegal. The dealer will be able to felease the freon and be able to charge it. No other way it can be done.
