Could be Canadian dollars... ?

Think that'd be about $500 USD or so... not horrible for a header, and since it's Spoon...

it is in canadian dollars. he wants 650 for it. it is the older spoon 4-2-1 design. definitely an awesome header. 2.5 in collector and its spOOn yO!

That's the Bisimoto header. Doesn't get any better than that.
Maybe the other guy want 850...pennies.

Smooth merges create less turbulence inside the pipe. If you stretched out the tubes, you'd see that they are longer than most of the primaries on the 4-2-1 headers, which gives you more torque in the lower rpms.
My header has short primaries, so it only makes power in the high rpms (over 4,000). Also, my cheapie Megan header has short, choppy merges and they weren't properly deburred inside. That's part of the quality issue that Bisimoto has mastered.

Was at my mechanics shop the other day....

One of his customers races in the NASA honda challenge series with a Eg Civic with a ITR motor. I walk underneath this thing to see whats been changed since its last visit, and Im like WTF?

Im looking at this header, and it has quick release spring clips on the collector and a few other places, kinda like my mechanics Ducati. I go, "dude wtf is this shit?"....

He says, oh about $3000, thats all. Turns out the thing is a Toda Power racing header, and its only available in japan. We werent sure, but I think it was titanium also.

Must be nice to have money...:thefinger
