the difference between 95-96 and 97-99

i was wondering the differnece between the model years listed in the title? i know that there where some minor cosmetic changes, and i was wondering if they would be able to swap out to my 95. i would like to change my rear/front bumber(cracked:frown: ).

You can swap the front bumper as long as you swap the headlights too. They arent cheap either, but sometimes people find them cheap enough. Same for the rear bumper, but just the reverse lights.

Some non-cosmetic changes include going back to passenger side mounted Cam Angle Sensor like the 1Gs, and different Tcase gear ratio.
