what kind of an idiot would even challenge a GT-R in an Integra???:smoka:
BTW, you have to "save target as...." for the video to work.

....Uuummmm, this kind of idiot (i.e. me)?? Not that that's me or my car in the video, but I'd certainly challenge a GT-R... with the expectation of getting my ass handed to me on a silver platter, of course :)

JD, you know how defensive I am of the GT-R :smoker2:
So you don't mess with the GT-R....

True enough.
...(ahem) None the less (here comes another verbal beating from igor), I still think that an ITR, modded and built enough, could take a GT-R, if the Skyline wasn't that heavily modded...
 :flipa: HA HA HA!!! Sorry igor :D (these things are so terrible, and yet perfectly approriate here - no wonder people think our society is composed of idiots: IT IS!!) :D

Thats just sad. I smoked a $130,000 HKS Supra in my R33 GTR two days ago and this guy in an INTEGRA trys to harrass an inline six cylinder twin turbo beast?????????? WHAT THE HELL is wrong with people these days. No offense to the driver in the Integra but it's just not right. :D

Two differant cars ....way differant ....and look at the damn price tag for a Skyline  Its like comparing a 911 turbo to a rustang gt

That was totally lame. The Integra was giving it its all and the Skyline made a fool out of him.

If the cars are so different in class why race each other? and then even post it on the web...

I'm not going to answer that igor ......hell i change my mind  . I mean its fun racing Little 4cylinder imports vs big v-8s and knowing that our chances of winning are slim to none . Its nice when the little guys do beat on one of those big guys ...nice to see their faces and the expressions that they make when they lose to a little 4 banger . All that i am saying is that Skylines are ...how much $$$$$ and ITR's are how much ...hell if i wanted to i would go out and buy a Porsche 911 turbo and spank the damn skyline ..but i dont have 10949383 Dollars . I dunno if this confuses you more or explains my point ....and this is to the Skylines :flipa:

Whoa...that's an interesting one!;) You will never know. The ITR could have smoked the GTR. Er...fat chance:frog: :frog: I have smoked a F355 (I know, Enzo wouldn't like to hear this) one sunny day (it's always sunny here!). 2nd to 3rd - caught up with him and 3rd to 4th - smoked his face with my Super Drager!
But then again, a friend of mind had this heavily modded ITR which could make my GTR sweat. Alas, before an encounter could be arranged, the ITR was stolen!:( The poor fellow now own a GTR though!

Skyline GT-R is an inline-6, not v-8 :p

Hey man, I was basically just being a pain before, sticking by my guns and insisting that an Integra with the proper mods could take a Skyline if it was not too heavily modded. I knew that you (and apparently Racer 20) wouldn't like this very much, so I put a sarcastic spin on it (as if to smugly say "kiss mah ass!!"). Thanks for being a good sport.

We are relaxed here man :D
Me and Racer 20 know the truth [the fact that there's no way an integra would beat a GT-R]
so we were just taking it easy.. lettin you being sorcastic and stuff :smoka:

Yet another piece of evidence that shows the wonderful ass whooping powers of the skyline :)
You would need a HEAVILY modded teg to beat that. The tourqe numbers alone that are being put down by that skyline would be hard to beat with the displacement of a 4-banger.
"There is no replacement for displacement"

Yes it is. The Type-R Integra is a great high preformance car. But the Skyline GT-R is a much better car in all areas. ;)

It just goes to show, there are a lot of imbeciles out there these days. Ok, so the Integra Hype-R is a highly race prepped model--COMPARED to the other Integras. What a load of cosmic universal bullshite. The GT-R trimline IS a race model, designed for the track, detuned for the public, not vice versa. Even a comparison of the S13-15 on the Integra wouldn't make sense; almost similar power ratings, but the drivetrains are exact opposites. In my mentality -- Silvia:Japan / Mustang:U.S. ; Skyline:Japan / Corvette:U.S.
I didnt even waste my time looking into this moron's website.

That was a pointless race. Even though for some reason, it only shows them taking off. Still though, Type R wouldn't stand a chance against a GT-R.

and there are a few 'tegs that can take a Skyline, but they're street illegal, drag-only 'tegs (Apex, for one) and the skyline has to stay near-stock. Its possible, just not very likely.
