Kenny Brown vrs Griggs suspension kits

Hello:

I am planning to turn my '85 GT stock Mustang into a weekend racer (open track)....First thing I will do is to stiff the chassis with Kenny Brown sub-frames and then I have to work in rear and front suspension. Does anyone have an idea of which kit is better (Kenny Brown or Griggs Racing)?

Kenny Brown's is cheaper, but I don't know how different they actually are....

Any ideas?

Griggs is the best suspension components for Mustangs money can buy period. But thier stuff cost the most and a lot of time involves the most time for install.
Next would be Maxium Motorsports. Then everbody else is the same and pretty equal.
How serious of an open track racer do you want? If just to stiffen up the car and have some fun Kenny Brown makes great stuff and is fine. A lot of the Griggs and Maximum stuff is for hardcore racing

Actually, it is mostly for fun. I live in Central America and the racing circuit here has only 8-10 races a year. The circuit is pretty full of closed curves and I will be competing mostly against Volvos and Camaros (no Mustangs!), so my main concern right now is suspension and chassis.

There aren't many categories, so the one I am going to be in, will be the hardcore racers. Nevertheless, its mostly for fun and since it's my first real racing experience, I might go with KB kits. If everything goes fine and I find some advertising support, then I will upgrade my car to hardcore racing....

I run MM, very high quality.

MM will beat Griggs on one day, then Griggs will beat MM the next. There is a lot of engineering behind both systems.

I went with MM because it was a lot easier to install, but either system will change the way the car handles. My car locks around corners, before if I got into the gas, the ass end would end up in front of me in a hurry.

MM was a little cheaper as well.
