h22 if you know someone who knows what they are doing, if not a b16 or b18. either the b16 or the 18 use your factory mounts, you'll need a mount kit for the h22.

Go for the gsr. I'd still replace the mounts for the urethane ones. Gsr is a bit more but its also more power.

if money isn't an issue the h22 is your best bet. it has the most hp and torque for a honda engine (except spoon). the engine, tranny, and ecu should run you about 2500.

The b18b comes out from 94+ integra LS/GS/RS, and the b18c1 comes out from integra gsr, and the b18c5 comes out from the integra type r, both the gsr and type r are vtec. the gsr engine would run anywhere around 2000-3500 if you don't know anyone to get it cheaper. The type r are extremely expensive engine, would probably run you about 4gees. IMO the type r are definitely stronger than other b-series engines.
check out this chart for the comparison on the engines.

It also depends on what exactly you gonna do with it, for example, if you want to turbocharge your ride with the stock internals of the engine, i would definately say go with the ls engine and tranny, though it has no vtec, but it handles more boosts safely (12-14 psi). But if you plan to fully build the engine for some serious power, go for the gsr or type r.
Make sure you get the right tranny also, pick the one that suits you better since they all have different gear ratio, like the ls has longer gear ratio and type r are shorter.
hopes that help. just my opinions.
