I mainly do machines, not free weights. Still, all my weights are in Kilo's. Pounds are in [] brackets.
Leg Press: 320 regular, 400 when warm [705, 881]
Bench Press: 125 [275.5]
Bicep Curl: 67.5 [150]
Arm Press: 75 [165]
Ab Crunch: 150 (the first machine I maxed out :D ) [330]
Back Extension: 125 [275]
I work out about 3 times a week for the last 9 months. I also do 1/2 hour on the cross trainer, 1/2 hour on the bike (both on Hill program).

Last time I was in the gym was October (dislocated my knee)... maxed on the leg press at 570. I could probably hit 600 if I really wanted it.

Its been several months since I’ve been in there. But the last time I maxed was (in pounds for you metric folks) bench - 365 military – 255 squat - 495 (yeah, most of my strength is in my upper body) curls - 220 (that’s 110 single arm using dumbbells - my favorite) Whats been really good for me is when I go to the gym with a buddy of mine. He weighs only 175 pounds and can bench 415. Its damn freaky how strong that guy is. I outweigh him by nearly seventy-five pounds and I can't get close to that.
Lately though, I’ve only been running and doing the 12 oz curls. I’m sure I’ll have to work my way back up the ladder again when I head back to the gym late this fall.
It sure is a hell of a lot harder to commit to the gym now that I'm married and over 35. :bloated: Hope you guys can stick with it.
