Instrument Panel Lights

Have several bulbs burned out. How do I get the bezel removed that covers all the dash instruments to get at the lights? There doesn't seem to be any screws holding it in. Also have some out on the drivers door controls for windows/locks. Do I have to remove the door panel? Thanks!
