Turning 4X2 into 4X4

Is there any way I can change my 2000 Xterra 4X2 into a 4X4? If so how much would it cost and were would i get it?

the easiest and least expensive option is to sell your 2wd and buy a 4x4. the amount of money it would cost to convert a 2wd to a 4x4 is huge.

this is a really rough guess, but with parts and labor i would say around 6k.
