i primer everything since i use acryl paints, it sticks better when i primer.

I prime most everything that you see when it's finished. Like, most of the suspension parts I don't prime.

I used to prime everything, but now that the cans are getting expensive to buy i just do the body only.

i use testors and they havent gone up since i started modeling a few years ago.

Just the body. It's the biggest, most visible piece. Like others have said, it would take a lot of primer and also a lot of time to primer everything.

Everything except those parts I use Metallizer paints on, I rarely use a brush and spray almost all the parts with Duplicolor

i just prime the body and the rims cuzz those are exposed the most. Where I live, Tamiya white primer costs seven bucks, but there's enough for about two model kits.

Used to do only the body but now I primer the larger parts as well cos I find the paints lays down better.

I never prime. cuz like my civic it came out draker cuz i used gray primer:rolleyes: not really the color i wanted but i was to lazy to do every thing over.

primer everything, used some homedepot primer, works much better than u would think, but i think i need to buy tamiya primer for the bodies

I usually just primer prominent parts... Body, Undercarriage, Rims, and Interior tub.......
