Yeah I was planning on going w/ my dad in his 95 eclipse, but somebody had to steal his avc-r and safc so I guess I'll be going if he finds a replacement : /

That's only 40 minutes away for me so i'm in if i get my car back. Is there anywhere i can read up on it? Also, do i need to show them my license to race? I don't know if they will accept my information on my card or not, since it is invalid now that i moved. And i don't wanna wait in line for two hours yet to take another picture.

I'll be going along with ~25 cars from New England DSM. I'll most likely be trailering though, if I break 700 miles away from home I'm screwed  I went last year and trophied in B1. Unfortunately since I'm only running high 11s I'm still not really competitive enough for Eliminator... I may just detune the car to high 12s, and take it easy and consistent to hopefully trophy in B1 again. Especially if I drive out again... If anyone sees my car (red 95 with chrome mazda wheels/cf hood) be sure to say hello

aren't the races handicapped?

Not sure what you mean. Bracket racing is always handicapped, which is the bracket 1 and 2 class. B1 is 12.99 and quicker, B2 is 13.0 and slower. All other classes are heads up/.400 pro tree....

I mean with Handicapped that you give them a dial-in time before you ride onto the track, and depending on who has a dial-in that is higher goes first, and basically, it's set up that they would theoretically make it to the end of the quarter-mile at the same time, but who ever passes the line first WITHOUT going over there dial-in wins.

Thats what I said here:

Bracket racing is always handicapped

There are two bracket classes, all others are heads up/pro tree. So in those two bracket classes, it is handicapped since thats what bracket racing is. Sorry for the confusion...
