Fuel Pump Relay Location

Hi all,
I am trying to perform the simple task of replacing the fuel filter for my 1996 millenia L (2.5L) but cannot find the fuel pump relay to properly relieve the fuel pressure!

I've looked everywhere. My Chilton repair manual says the relay is in the relay box under the hood but i cannot find it. Is it unlabeled?

Please help! I'd hate to have to pay a mechanic $$$ to perform this simple, routine task.
