OK as u can prolly see from my name i have a civic right now, but i want speed and power and engine swaps r expensive so the civic is not for me nemore. I am going to look at 2 maxima's tomorrow and need some insight on them.
The first one is a 95 GLE 5spd and the second is a 97 GXE auto, i dont know the Kms for the 95 but the 97 has 165500 (i live in Canada)
Question, what is the Hp for each and what is the aftermarked support like for each... i dont know if they r the same gen or not
cost for each is $7995 for the 97 and $6995 for the 95
thx in advance!
o and what r they like when it comes to reliability?

they're the same generation. the auto tranny is shitty so you'll want the 95 if you're into racing. they both have 190 hp and 205 torque and weight 3001lbs with a manual tranny. GLE's don't come 5 speed, not here anyway, so it's probably an SE with gle options like i used to have.

there's good aftermarket support but not like a honda. i just got rid of my 95 maxima at 166,000 miles running strong and i bought another cuz i liked it so much.
