...my track!
I really love old RWD cars(and many of you have the same taste)wo when I first heard about MicroRC and the original BCG I was shocked.I quickly got a big and very nice collection of micro RCs...
And now you all propably wondering why do you care?and why it's in the Car modelling forum...Let me explain my point...

Being in the hobby(Micro RC)for more than a year and I always wanted to create a small personal track. Now while I was at AF I saw many amazing dioramas(yes, yes you flying Evo man:)) and after careful planning I decided to go on to this project...

About the track:

There was 2 main targets...I wanted a very small cost and a as nice as possible result. I took my time,I designed the track, then think about the material and today here I am...the first step of the track is done...

I used a gloss black base(very thin),and then mixed white, grey and black to get this result....It's a bit darker than I wanted but tommorow with the second coat of grey and the clear it will be super...

For the various off road objects I used some old putty and various object (wood,stones,e.t.c.)

Since the track was going to be extremly small it was a very chalenging one and with the small bridge added it's a blast to drive...

What i want is tips for the next stage what colors I should use and If I can paint over the 'grass' I have or mix different color 'grass'..Generally I'd love to hear any advice....

About the cars:

Well I tell you three things and I know that you are all going to love it.Rear wheel drive, massive rear tires and some great cars...R32 and R34,ae86,2000gtr,Supra,RX7,Celica,350Z and the list goes on and on...

Just some pics of my favourites...

To make it more tempting...The ae86 sits on custom wide rims with very sticky tires.Add to all the above the customizability, various motors(with batter troque-or long runtime),custom gears(for accelaration-or top speed),custom susspension bars...still you haven't purchased one???
