yes it can be done, but its probably better just to sell ur car and buy one with a 5spd. Well u need to buy tranny, install a clutch, remove torque convertor, linkage, various brackets, reprogram or replace ECU. I probably left out a couple things but those r pretty big themselves. It is a lot of work! :bricks1:

i had it done on my car and it was totally worth it. i didn't do it myself so i paid out the ass, it cost $3000 for a dx auto to zc standard, now that also included many replacement parts and stuff but to do the conversion you need the following (what i paid without shopping around)
shift linkage $90
pedals $50
clutch cable $10
throttle cable $10
cv shafts $120
tranny mount $50
zc engine $900
si tranny $350
dist $0
pm6 ecy $200
engine install labour $500
dpfi to mpfi labour $200
auto to manual labour $200
then i paid for timing belt, water pump, plugs, filters, fluids
so it worked out to something just over $3g's installed
btw thats all canadian dollars so about $2000us funds.
