Any one know of any websites where there are step by step instructions on doing this ? Or anyone here who's had first hand experience with this ? Or even peeps that jus know the basix would be cool. Im gettin a kit from AutoLoc when ever im done w/ the Body kit and Wings.. But money is coming slow. But the kit im getting is $400.00 That's Everything you need for 2 doors. And extra channels to push button start.. roll windows down.. turn on under car lights.. whatever..
THEN im buying some add ons for $230.00 so that i can do the Rear Doors too !
So any help would be greatly appreciated

Travis_118 had his handles shaved, and I'm pretty sure that he works at the body-shop that did the work, so he would probably be a good resource for the information.

Just a heads up.
With shaved handels you will be banned from the track.
It's a huge security issue.

even worse on the street, cuz if you cant get help quickly from an onlooker of an accident, you can burn to death in a fire if noone can open your doors, at least at a track they'd have the jaws of life on hand.
i wouldnt even risk it.

yeah guys, its really not as bad as you all make it out to be. I have my handles shaved... and i could care less if its a security issue! STEP 1 : DONT DO IT YOURSELF!! unless you are a pro at welding....and by pro i dont mean done it once before.... and if you are not thinking about welding them,,,, then dont even do it at all. The body man that did mine said he did about $800 worth of work just to weld the plates in and smooth it out with bondo. (but of course i got it for free....:thefinger ) Seriously tho.... dont go cheap on it or you'll regret it later.

It's stupid. Its ok for a show car but would be annoying as fuck for a normal car. I have the sedan handles on my car and I noticed it becomes an issue if you ever have to leave your car at the shop, I forgot to give them the remote so they couldn't lock my car at night. Good thing I found my spare one.
