2017 RAV4 LE driver door mirror replacement question

I need to replace the entire driver side outside mirror assembly on my 2017 RAV4 LE.

I discovered from my VIN number that my RAV was built in Canada, and I am being told that U.S. and Japan mirrors will not work on my Canadian built RAV and that I must find a Canadian mirror.

I am finding it very difficult to find a Canadian mirror and I am wondering what the difference is between the U.S., Japan and Canadian mirrors.

I am wondering if anyone else out there has replaced this mirror on their Canadian made RAV's and can shed some light on this issue.

For example: is the difference in the bolt pattern that mounts to the door?

Or is the bolt pattern the same, but electrical connectors that are different?

I'm sure mine is the simple three pin set up because my mirror is the basic no-frills mirror with only the round blind spot mirror in the corner of the main mirror. It does have the electric adjustment feature but is not heated and does not have the built-in turn signal. It does have the manual fold-in feature and is the matte black finish. I have not removed the old mirror from the RAV yet, but since it only has the electric adjust feature, I am sure it would have just the three pin connector.

As difficult as it seems to be to find a Canadian mirror, I am afraid it would cost a Kings ransom to purchase. So, I'm wondering if ANY mirror will have the same bolt-up pattern, but I may to simply cut and use my original wire connector.
