Good morning,
I have a 2023 Traverse. It has been at the dealership for 2 weeks now with a front driver's side caliper issue. The dealership is telling me they can't find the part, 13546092. Everything I have found shows that part was superseded by part 13542336. This part is available. The dealership is stating, while they show the new part number compatible, they are unwilling to try the install with that part.
Is anyone aware of a service bulletin or part upgrade showing this? Has anyone had this issue?
Thank you.

Ahh, the old Intergalactic Back Order thing.
No the calipers are different. They will have different characteristics, which is likely why the dealer is refusing to install them. I am sorry you're going through this - since the human malware epidemic, society has been run by people with dark triad personality types that don't care about the person actually purchasing their goods. It's like this with every build right now, not just GM.
