2011 fusion steering knuckle bushings

I am replacing the front lower control arms on a 2011 fusion. Three of the four bushings are stuck on the ball joints. One came off quite easy. The other three I have used a ton off heat and break free to no avail. I have used a puller as well as trying to hammer them off with the puller with the bolt removed. Anyone else have any ideas before I go spend $65 on new bushings?

FWIW the car has over 250k and is a MN vehicle.
