I was wondering if anyone happened to know the Y5 stock fuel pressure just off the top of their head. Im trying to figure out a way to get outta the lean burn crap.

If i turn up the fuel pressure and run the stock ECU, are things going to still run alright or will it run bad..im not sure how sensitive the lean burn computers are for burning a lil richer.

Wow, hey man good to see you around on the forums here at AF. :)

From the stand point of the ECU, I'd think cranking up the pressure via an FPR might not do much as the ECU would compensate for the extra pressure and regulate the injectors accordingly. I could be totally wrong on that, but knowing the self adjusting nature of Honda OBDII ECU's and alland how they are constantly self adjusting fuel and air/fuel ratios based on throttle position and air flow... :bloated:

haha hey man...whats up? Yea i completely forgot about the computer adjusting itself for compensation. Damn...everytime i turn around with this HX an idea or theory wont work, Y5 is not the way to go.

I'll swap ya' heads, I could use the 8-9hp gain and the E-VTEC even if it's not the full thing.

Kinda sucks about the ECU self adjust since a close friend of mine bought me a B&M CommandFlo FPR unit for Christmas, and I come to find out it really won't do muchat this point. :(
