Muzzle problems

Hi, 2017 Odyssey, installed VCM muzzle, started car, all down hill from, dash lights up with FCW failed, LDW failed, check engine light on, Traction light on, Oil pressure gauge at highest point. Removed muzzle, car running fine but can’t get rid of all warning lights, HELP.

Try disconnecting battery. You can pull the negative cable then steep on the brakes for about 30secs or disconnect both cables and touch them together to discharge everything.
