Ive pulled off the door panel, checked the wires, the seatbelt computer, and the fuses. The motor is fine and yet it always returns to the open position and won't register that the door is closed. Im convinced that its the sensor but cant seem to find one. If anyone can help or know if it might be a different problem then please do help, its driving me crazy that i have this cool seatbelt feature and can never use it.

When you open the door, does your overhead light turn on? I wonder if they're connected some how, in registering the door is open and closed.

It's been ages since I've worked on a older Honda, I don't remember the wiring.

Thats what i find weird, the door registers being open and closed so i think i must be a different sensor but cant find any info on it
