Clack-ing Noise on Grand Caravan 2013 Engine

Hi everyone!

I was curious to hear your impressions on a clacking-like sound I am hearing out of the engine (Grand Caravan 2013), roughly around the top side next to the battery. I checked the oil level, and it looks okay.
