Auto to stick conversion my95

My 95 Tercel has punch outs in firewall for clutch master cylinder on interior but can’t find the spot on engine side of firewall. There is also no bracket to add a 3rd pedal. Weren’t these made with provisions for both auto and stick? I wanted to swap to manual trans so I could flat tow on all four wheels. Has anyone done this?
