Fuel System Issues?

2006 with 213k on it, daily driver, CVT, regular oil changes. Generally try to avoid ethanol.

Aug 2019 Fuel Rail Sensor went out, catastrophic power loss restored temporarily upon restarting. Primary symptom was a flutter in engine that shook the whole car and then complete loss of power, car remained on.

Aug 2020, same issue. Also alternator went out 2 years after replacing it.

October 2021 power loss in middle of 1,200 mile trip. Replaced same sensor and also Fuel Filter. Filter dumped junk out. Power restored.

Sep 2022, noticed engine flutter started again, getting worse. Replaced sensor, spark plugs, coil pack, engine mounts. Issue solved.

Spring 2023, flutter begins again. Just replaced fuel filter and cleaned injectors last week, flutter continues.

Flutter happens at idle (have only noticed it while in drive, waiting at stops and lights), and under acceleration strain. Not constant, but enough to sometimes cause mild power loss. Have not observed it in park. Could be wrong on that though.

What on earth is causing this?
