i paint in my basement, no dehumidifier could esplain it possible that the primer is not drying properly. Any advice on removing chrome without scraping? Its been a while since i put any models togetther and now im trying to re-do some while putting together new ones

I Get that when i dont let it dry long enough before you put more paint on. Till my prowler I never had a prefect paint job because I couldn't wait. With the prowler i waited, never had a paint job as good! I just clear coated my GTO and it looks better then my Prowler.:22yikes: I got the vines in my hatchback because i painted it then took it in the house. About 4 hours later tryed puting clear coat on it cuz it felt dry to the touch:swear: wasn't a good idea I can say!

Maybe you should stop painting in your basement. Try painting in the bathroom, in the tub. This way you wont get dust on your model (unless you have a really dusty bathroom:lol: ) and if you get paint in the tub all you have to do is wipe it off with soap water and a rag.
