Service Electronic Throttle Control

2013 Ram 1500 Hemi (gas). 200k miles. Every morning, at the same spot on my road, the attached message pops up on my screen. It has an image of a lighting bolt and says "Service Electronic Throttle Control". It comes on at exactly the same location every morning. It's roughly 1 mile away from my house. Approx 3 to 5 minutes from starting the vehicle. What gives? Is this something I can fix myself?
