And now the car is finished! The kit doesn’t look bad to me and the shape is quite good, although it’s crying out for a photoetched parts TK, which I have incorporated from Scalelab24. The problem I find is that the parts to replace the kit, are fatter than the metal so you have to fill the holes in the body with putty. But everything is explained in the previous blog entries. The primer and paint from Gravity Spain are excellent, although the shade of pink could be a little darker, but it’s fine. The LB Production decals are also very good quality, they are thin and look great. The lacquer and polish from Number5 are also very good, and I don’t want to forget the wheels from KMP….fantastic!!!!! Well, and here are the final photos with everything glued, I hope you like them! And the video is also updated in the menu http://blog.maquetea.com/?page_id=8158!

Looks good, nice to see livery with some unusual colours. Rear wing supports would terrify me as wing assembly is my most hated part of model building.
Only downside for me would be CF pattern which looks a bit out of scale.

Thanks To-Mek!! I fully agree with you about the wing supports: it was a nightmare!! And also with the CF pattern, but it came in a special sheet that I bought for this car (I think all the CF pattern are out of scale but maybe, if they are right, we could not see them!)

Awesome build Jesus! As usual, your build is a masterpiece! :) For the carbon fiber, I see that is a bit too big but I think it still looks good to me. What I could suggest to you, maybe spray a light coat of Tamiya x-19 smoke over the carbon so it darkens the pattern a bit. For my usual subjects of the 60's - 80's rally cars there were no carbons yet, so I am not an expert on carbon. :)
