P0420 and Cataclean

My daughter's 2013 Pathfinder is acting up. She has what feels like an intermittent miss. The only OBDC code is P0420 which was initially a passing code but has (for a while now) been persistent.

I had her buy a bottle of Cataclean and follow instructions on the bottle as well as fill up with premium gasoline for the refill.

Wonder of wonders, the code cleared itself after the test. There are no pending or stored codes and all the IM monitors are ready.

She still has what feels like a misfire so we are just continuing to run the vehicle normally waiting for the next code to pop up or the car straighten out.
