your stock bulbs are 35 Watts. If you put 55 watts in them, it will be ok. you don't need a higher fuse. However, you CANNOT go higher than 55 watt. Well, you can, but I don't recomend it. Yeah, most people on this forum switched their fog bulbs to 55 watt, so you should be ok.

i know it "should" be okay, but I was wondering if theres anything I can do to make it 100% safe.

well, everyone here who has done it says they are fine. I've even put in 85 watts in a P10, and they are fine If you want to do it 100% safe, you'd need new receptors, and you could get some bigger gauge wiring. but that's a pain in the ass. 55 wtt bulbs will be fine.

you can also get a relay and wire your fog directly to the battery with a larger wire...but its a pain to wire through the bumper, I would assume.
im using 55w piaas on my fogs...so far no problems.

What are good bulbs to get for my fogs? I have Xenon Plasma's in there now. I have PIAA H4 Hyperwhites on my heads and want something similar, if not better. Price is not really an issue. Thx.

Well, if price is not an issue, and you want better lighting, why not spring for an HID kit. You could get a good kit for $300 now.
