Ford Escape rear stabilizer link replacement

Hi All, I have a 2011 Ford Escape that I’ve replaced the front stabilizer bars. I started on the rear stabilizer bars and had a heck of a time getting them out but now, I can’t seem to get the new one’s in. My question, is it possible to get the rear stabilizer link replacements in without removing the stabilizer bar?
