Radio and Wind shield washer strange issues.

Hello, I have an 02 Envoy
When it gets cold the windshield washer will stop working, Its not to cold that the lines are freezing, then when it warms up above 55 they will start working again. I have changed the pump but it still does it.

Now, with the radio, it is a Bose, sometimes when I start the car its a crap shoot whether the radio will play sound or not. Lights on the radio work, channels seem to change, temp shows accurate, Turning the engine off and restarting it does not seem to fix the issue. (This has just started happening today.)
I couldn't find a mute button.

Check electrical connections. Also, I had weird things happen twice and drove me crazy...checked the battery cables and they were corroded INside the insulation out to about 8-9" (20-23cm) from the battery. Replaced and weirdness went away.
