You will need an Integra Master Cylinder to make them work properly, the standard Civic one is way to small.
(i.e dont do it with out the teg M/C, or you could kill yourself)
Otherwise I belive it should be a bolt on swap.
You really just have to take a gamble and get the parts then see if it all lines up.
But remember that getting new Rotors won't be easy, they will have to come out of Japan, the UK, or here in NZ.

I'm pretty sure they use 90-93 Integra rotors.
Also if you need the front forks they would be 92-95 Civic ones.

with the brake swap will you be getting the SiR Knuckles?
You will need the knuckles (if you don't already have them) as the part where the caliper mounts to the knuckle is different on the SiR, to all the other models.
with the Master Cylinder, I'm certain that the SiR has a 7/8" bore so if thats what you have now then you should be ok, but if you have a 13/16" then it will need swapping out.
