I have a 04 2V mustang GT with the 4.6. I'd like to get some mild cams to improve power, but dont wanna take the motor apart more then needed. which are the easiest cams to install?

I haven't been versed in Mustangs in forever, but cams are cams for the most part. No matter if you buy Crower or Ford Performance cams they are both going to require the same amount of work. You're going to have to pull valve covers, timing covers, timing chains, guides, etc.

Yea, but do all cams required notched pistons?

Degree the cams properly and you won't have an issue. If you don't properly degree stock cams you will have valve/piston damage.
