California cat convertor

Anyone know where i can find a good used cat down pipe for 1998 ranger 2.5

Warning: I bought an online converter and it didn't pass smog because the number was wrong - They have a system here you have to buy from a California seller and it's illegal to sell a used one.

We are saving the world here.

Same issue with the cats here in NYS. Gotta be California approved.
