The AF Curse for Primeras/G20 .

ONLY POST IF YOU OWN A PRIMERA/G20 AND HAVE BEEN HIT BY THE A.F CURSE.

Just out of curoisity...who has been hit by this curse we all talk about ??

For those who dont know about it........It's a bit of a joke amount owners here that once you join AF you have a accident.

I had a small one just after joining when i was in town and someone backed into my car and took a chunk out of the Stillen spoiler lip and scraped the paint off :mad: :mad:

You dont have to remind us all if its to painfull !!!!.....just add to the number below.

Shoot, I've had two.

First there was the forklift fork in the freeway incident shortly after joining AF.

Then there was Little Paul Tracy in a Del Slo who decided he wanted to be in my lane and just tried to cut across by bow. My right front contacted his left rear and he went for a spin. This happened shortly after installing the DET. He lied to the cop and the dumb shit Houston cop wanted to believe him instead of me, even though I was the only one with an eye witness (my wife). So, the dumb shit wrote it as a no fault. Pissed me off. Just to make Little Paul Tracy pay, I would have turned it in to my insurance so he would have to as well. But, we had Kerry's curb incident last year (almost $2,000 in damage believe it or not) and my forklift fork incident, so I didn't. Plus, at least his mother was a really nice lady. He's lucky she was so nice. Saved his ass. If she had been a snot, I would have turned it in to insurance. That would have f*cked his rates. :D

So, counting Geo's as 5 and 6.

After a weekend of relaxation on the beach, another little Tracy, bumped into the rear of my primera. Nothing big, just 2 scratches, but was shortly after someone here said that all primeras/g20 on AF were being hitted. So did mine.:finger:

after 3 months of getting my G, some lady backed up on my side bumber........

I wasn't even a member at the time...but I was reading all the posts daily. The curse hit me October 2, 2001 23:46 PDT

To show everybody how fast it will hit, you should read the story below.

I bought my g20 on September 1, 2001
On October 2 I was T-boned on the pasenger side because the lady in the Toyota Corolla didn't stop for stop sign.
Went into the shop on October 15 and the rental car I got was the same crappy Corolla that the lady drove.
On November 6 I got my car back.

77...Days I took me to find the perfect car for me.
32...Days I had the car before the accident.
12...Days waiting for a spot in the shop.
23...Days in shop.
09...Days I have had it back.

Geo, the exact same thing happend to me (your del slo incident).
Accept I was in the carpool lane, with a passenger, and the guy that attempted to cut me off was by himself. LOL he had "Dashers Dashers" insurance... No offense to the people with Dashers by the way. So yea, his insurance took care of that. Even though he had an eye witness that he didnt know, they still took my side.

My most recent accident wasnt even a car accident. It was straight road rage. I made a right turn, and all of a suddent I see this huge land cruiser coming at me from a distance like there aint no tommarow. He then stops with room to spare, and starts high beaming me furiously... and honestly folks, nothing isses me off more than high beamers and abnoxious honkers... I mean, whats it going to accomplish? chances are that your just gonna pis someone off, or ruin somneones day. So anyways, being the ill tempered 17 year old that I am, I slammed on my breaks to piss him off. He didnt hit me or anything, but I sure did piss him off. He then proceeded to pull up next to me, and ran his fuckin car into mine. I couldnt believe it!!! I had just got my fucking car back from the shop 2 weeks ago!!! (by the way, last time I got my car back from the shop, it got vandalized two days after I had just got it back!!).
So then im like what the fuck?? I run out to yell at this fucking bastard, and He was pissedas fuck (why I dont know). Then as I got closer, he started swinging n shit... I couldn beleive it.. it was almost funny. So then I back off (he made a little contact with my head) and I ran to bust out my digi cam. Took pictures of everything... I phoned the police, then 4 of my friends. My friends where there within 4 minutes. The guy that had hit me was scared for his life people, im telling you this guy was shitting his pants. He even apologized!!! I told my friends to chill...being the naive (spell check) snaught-nosed little teenager that I am, I thought I could file suite and make lots of $$$. So yea, then the cops arrive, and of course the second they arrive this this pussy ass rat bastard starts talking like a hard ass... I had no eye witnesses that I didnt know, and neither did he. I filed batterey saying he socked me, and he filed batterey saying I spit on him. Moral of the story is, next time you wanna kick the shit out of someone for fucking up your baby, let fucking flow man... you'll regret it if you dont.

I couldnt fucking believe it , I kept my cool for nothing. This mother fucker fucked up my entire right side of my car!!! All his car had was a fucking SCRATCHED MUD GAURD!!! So obviously there is no happy ending to this. I already have to big claims, and my rates dont need to be any higher... It would be a bitch to try and prove myself, epxecially cause ive already been in an accident and this guy obviously has a lot more time behind the wheel than me. So we just left it at that and went about our lives.

I went down to my shop, got a quote 2200 !! YIKES!:eek:
Luckily, the owner kicked it down to 1500 cause I give him so much friggin buisness ($9k in the past 3 months)

So yeah, thats my really really long af curse story.
I should get my car back today though.

ok so that makes u #10 which will make me #11. i was goin into a turn that was slightyly uphill. right when it got flat theres a light. i see that its green so i proceed. then so asswad in a huge van does and illegal right on red, cuts in front of me to go into a shopping center and i nail him. did about $4000 worth of damage to my car and he thought i was at fault. dumbshit. the cop set his sorry ass straight though :D

As reported in earlier post , last weekend my girlfriend's 91 ( my older one ) had the whole wheel, rim, tire, rotor and all break of on the Florida Turnpike .... she was crossing an overpass bridge .. the the whole tire and rim came off bounce through 3 lanes of traffice ... jumped the median into oncoming North bound traffice fell overthe bridge and in the river .....

I had been ahving some cooling problem in my car .. I rushed out to save her ..lol ...Steam and white smoke was bellowing out of my exhaust and car dies .... Blown Head ....

So that make #12 and # 13 !!!

-will never forgot it. I was waiting fo a left turn with cars in front and back off me. It was a small street. Across the street, some guy in a old ass truck starts his car and it takes off. he can't control it and it goes right into my car (driver back door and rear bumper) it managed to skin another guys front bumper as well. It was right near a school and if he wouldn't have hit my car, he would seriously hit a pedestrian.

Joined in September. After approximately 2-3 weeks I had my accident. :confused:

Just got my car back 3 days ago from the body shop and notice the new paint don't exactly match (I have pearl white) :mad:

vandalism, then a wreck

That makes me #18 I guess... Let a girl drive my car when I was drunk and she backed up into a poll. So people plz drive drunk, its safer for your car.

21 and 22 !!! Both Vandalism. Busted front driver's side window both times. the second time they took off with my faceplate (That's all those bastards took too, why couldn't they have left it, since they didn't get anything else!?!) and 23 if you could my old G20, but that was before i was on the forum, probably before it even existed. Someone changed lanes into me, luckily i reacted quick enough and al the happened was about a 2" scratch on that molding about half way up the door, so nothing happened from that. So, is that number 23 as well?

Crashed my 95 P10 into a pole going about 50-55 mph head on. both headlights cracked, strobes in bumper definitely broke, engine looked like it got pushed back a little, hood turned into a tent, front windshield cracked, rearview mirror shattered all over me. :( i think ive had the worst so far as in cost, since its totaled. :cry:

24 - Slid on the snow when i was 16 and stupid ...hit a curb :(
25 - Hit the back of a van that was stopped in the middle of a fucking intersection that cockhole...even tho it was my fault grrrrr
26 - Some reject backed into the front of my car, but didnt do any damage, even tho i got money outta his insurance. Cool.
27 - Counts for ALL the damn door dings i have in my car even tho i park in endspots as much as I can...people have NO common courtesy for other peoples shit and it really annoys me...i cant wait for one day I actually see someone ding my door. (Which i have a nice collection of 5-6 already which i belive count as one) hehe

28- Hit some black ice, slid off the road and hit a small concrete pole
29- Hub cap flys off a piece of junk van, comes towards me like a frisbee, cuts into my front bumper and shatters

30 . My car got broken into. Smashed the fron passenger window, took the head unit, left a lot of mud on the passenger seat and a sick feeling in my stomach

And me...

Tranny cracked in 2 and has a hole in it, broke a cv joint in 2. Also ABS ring on the shaft was broken and the knucles in the cv joint chewed up and not rebuildable.

Not sure what number that makes me.

I havent had an accident yet but since i've joined i've had at least 5 ultra close calls with the latest one being this morning when a learner driver pulled out in front of me while i was going around a roundabout, fully indicating and everything, he looked at me and then took off in front of me, i was able to swerve and miss him, even though it was raining, but his instructor wasn't even watching!!!!!:mad: :mad: :mad:

If I leave now is there a good chance that I'll get away unscathed?

#33: Vandalized October 25th . . . another radio stolen, along with remote, drivers window smashed, center console ripped out . . . the thief or an accomplice bled on my seat and left a bloody finger print on my rear spoiler (trying to open the trunk?) . . .

These two incidents are my 2nd and 3rd theft/vandalism this year. The first was just before I joind AF, it took place Feb 26th . . . it ws the worst of the three . . . they took my head unit, CD changer, subs, amps . . . my steering wheel remote . . . they scratched my seats (??) marking big "X's" in the seat and seat backs . . .

I've thought about that camera thing . . . perhaps using a small battery to power a camera mounted in a hidden location . . . it only comes on when the car is locked and alarm is armed . . . I really started to think about how hard/easy it would be to do that . . .

34 Another person smashed the front of my car because I jumped out of my car and threatened to beat him (He asked for it himself :devil: :frog: ). In court he said he got so scared that he could not control his own car!!! YEAH RIGHT........ NERD

35 Somebody baked his car into mine on a parking lot and "forgot" to leave a note with his name and address.

36 Another parking accident this time on my own parking lot still nobody wanted to take the blame! GREAT.

Two days before i took delivery of my car (purchased from a friend) someone did a hit and run on the car in the grocery store parking lot. Put a nice sized dent above the drivers side rear wheel. 40 i found the forum about 5 days before my 16th, and i already had known for sometime about me getting my moms G--(i already had a new intake and exhaust ready...)
i get picked up from high school to see a HUGE 5 inch long, 3 inch high, and like an inch deep dent in the front left panel above the fender, like on the absolute highest spot that a door could hit--she had parked next to some lifted F*%$ F-150 that was gone when she got back--damn trucks.:mad:

41 I was rearended THIS morning. I was stopped at an intersection coming out of a small back road on the way to school, and i started to pull out and i had to brake for some idiot Civic driver buzzing away down the street out of nowhere---i start to curse Honduh once more but i was cut short as my G jumped violently forward. The guy's Buick that had pulled up behind unnoticed left that rubber molding crap all over my rearbumper, and itll take a good scrubbing before i can tell what is molding and what is lost paint...

#666 - rolled car - complete write-off.
#667 - scratched rear bumper, popped right rear side marker on replacement car.
#668 - winter playing, drove car into ditch - undamaged.

The curse gotta stop!!

I just had an accident today, second time the curse hit me. Now it was more serious. I broke the left front side of the car, including front bumper, left dual headlight with HID for the low beam and PIAA Xtreme on the Hight beam and it got my left sidemirrow.

It was an old man in a motorcycle who just decided to made an U turn right in the moment I was passing by him. Got him on the rear tire. Yes, he is hurt. Me?, nope, just hurt in the wallet and in my heart from seem my car like that (I don't even want to take pictures of it). Well, he will be back on the street soon, I hope.

This sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:finger:

Dunno if breakdowns count...but I bought my Primera about 3 weeks ago, and 2 days after I got it the fuel pump burned itself out somehow and fell into the fuel tank. The terminals were still receiving power, truning my car into what the mechanic described as: "A rolling time-bomb". As it happens, it just stopped going.

3 days after I got my Primera back from repair, I woke up in the morning to find my window smashed and doors open. Some A55Rammer stole my Cds.

Thanks Warren, you bet I will get the one broken!!! Maybe not right now, but when my wallet get a little better, so I might need your help in the future:D !
Fortunately, I still have the OEM with me, so not much pain for now, besides I have good insurance. I think the car will be on the street at the end of next week.

well im hoping i can avoid the curse by saying right now that im not going to get it. I joined a few days back and will have my car on the road in 7 days...wish me luck

I think im number 48! :crying: Well I got my car about a month and a half ago (brand new 3 miles on it), I found AF before I bought the car, and then I bought the car and had it for 2 weeks. When I was leaving the parking lot in my school some stupid bitch comes speeding down the school zone and crashes right into my passenger side door.. So I brought the car to the body shop and was sitting there for about a week and a half untouched, and finally they started working on it so when I get the car it still wasnt done right so i had to bring it back the same day I got it, and I just got the car back yesterday around 5pm!! Its been in the shop for over a month.. Heres a picture of it....
