Worth it? 2004 Lincoln Aviator Limited edition

2004 Lincoln Aviator Limited edition. I have a line on one for $750. It needs lots of work, but overall pretty clean and good tires. Cats have been cut out, so will need to be repaired with straight pipes. Potentially some sort of cooling system problem where there’s debris inside of it , supposedly from the metal lines. Radio doesn’t work and neither does the power seats or AC. Trying to get an idea if this is a worthwhile investment?
