02 grand am 3.4 brakes, dash lights, noise, you name it

Weve changed the brakes, outer tie rods, rack and pinion and wheel bearings but my check engine light, abs, and traction light wont go off plus still having problem with The drivers side makes a loud growling noise when using the brakes and sometimes you dont even have to be using them. When I hit my brakes hard or if I ease on them the driver side catches first. And then sometimes my steering wheel just goes like crazy and jerks side to side. Its guzzling twice as much gas in the past month. Sometimes it acts like something holding it back when trying to go forward. Sometimes it acts as if it dont want to shift gears. And sometimes it idles high and I cant get it to stop. We switched the motor in it and now the horn doesnt work. When at speeds of 60 or more the vibration is horrible. It pulls to the right bad. Gosh I know there is more then that but I'll have to add them on later. I'll also post a list of everything we have already changed on it.

Oh and another problem it starts getting hot just out of the blue it only does it every now and then.
