Metalic Clunk sound.....

Hi there,
I have Kia Optima 2018 (25,000 miles) and I have a strange metallic clunk sound from the gear at 10 mph (1100 rpm).
For example , when decreasing speed towards a stop, once getting to about 10mph, at around 1100rpm, you hear first clicking sound while the car seems to decelerate abruptly and the rpm stays un changed and after 3 seconds, another clunk from the gear, its goes back to normal behavior.
Any ideas?
