Homemade SR20DET

If this has been asked before, I'm sorry.

Can I take the sr20DE out of a Sentra SE-R and hook up the DET ECU, and have it run right with a turbo? I can build my own turbo getup but I don't know the best way to contorl the fuel.

The other thing i need to know is if the KA24 transmission will bolt up to the SR20? If not what kind of tranny do I need and where can I find it?

No. Sentra is FWD, it wont work...
