WOW(pics)

wow so i finally got to use simple green on my engine bay and i noticed a huge difference, it sparkles now. Sweet let me know what you guys think...

Oops, so I got so excited about that I forgot to put on here also my clear blinkers with red bulbs...

I worked on the engine bay for about 30 minutes or so, and then the painting about another 45.

i know that some may not like what i did, but i think it looks kinda tight, I have some more polarg bulbs comin from ebay, so ill put those in, but as far as the paint goes, the carpets are soon to be white on the doors, and everything else is grey. May be ricey, but its my ride, so i love it so much. Soon to have a b16 swap, so my baby can go faster. Anyways, thanks guys.

Dont worry about the overspray, when I paint, I'm getting the inside of the doors too and everything, I knew I was going to paint the insides, so I didnt worry too much about overspray, I mean, look at my crappy paint, it sucks, it needs a new coat. Plan is to go black with it all, it'll look sweet when I'm done.

I gotta find a better pic of the exterior, its all oxidized to hell. The only shiny parts are the driver door and front panel, the rest is gross. It grew up in Seattle, so yeah, took a beating. So I guess a lot of you dont like the interior, but thats okay, I was just posting mid-way through my project pics to keep you all updated. And I guess it doesnt matter if you like it or not, I do, and I get to drive it so my taste works. Hope everyone had a great 4th...

what kinda Exhaust u rockin ? or is that jus a tip ?

Well for starters, I hate those hubcaps, and believe me, I didnt waste my money on those caps, they came with the car, and it looks better than the steels, cuz theyre all rusted and stained with crap. I hate them and I really want wheels, and those are probably comin right after or right before the engine. As for the exhaust, Ive had it for almost 2 years, and its a universal tip with 2 1/4 piping from the cat back. I know I know, its not a name brand, and its kinda raspy, the intake helps a little bit, but I want to save the money for 5zigen, I hear those rock!! I was a stupid little 17 year old with an extra 200 so I ran in too quick to get my exhaust, big mistake, I wish I would have waited for a nicer setup. Oh well, lesson learned, its on the way.

you can always repaint you steelies too ... i helped my friend do his 95 ex ones and they turned out great

Do you just use a rattle can or is there some sort of special paint you have to use. I've heard of just using a rattle can, and it looks decent, but should I get the high gloss, or satin finish or what? Help Melt!!!
