I've got a 2000 Sedan, basically for free from my parents. Its got like 89,000 miles on it. I have about $3000+ of mods and updates planned for it. I need some opinions tho. Is it a good first car? Is it worth putting the mods on it? Anyone that can share experience (good and bad) with me it would be much appreciated.

depends on what you want it for. I use mine as a daily driver/ modded fun car, until i can afford another car that i want more. I enjoy driving this car and will prolly keep it until it dies or starts getting expensive with repares. I owned a maxima that was a total lemon, and this car has been the total opposite. But i do have an 02. Unless you have a lot of problems i would keep it, save up, then buy what you want. Enjoy the car until then.
